Lymph node lumps

Hi, 

How far down can lymph nodes be? I have had one swollen lymph node close to the skin on my neck that I've been able to feel for a few months, however when I pinch my skin, under neath I think I can feel more. They're a lot further down than the one I originally found. Will these be swollen lymph nodes or something else? For reference, my mum cannot feel these new ones but I can.

    I've recently had a scan and have many I can feel in my neck and I feel more when I pinch my skin too, it's normal if you've got a slim neck I think . I've had them scanned twice and both times told they look reactive , if they're not growing they tend to be fine but try and get an ultrasound to settle ur mind .
