If you are worried about your nodes, it's always best to be seen by the GP , so you can be examined ,as no one can really say what you are feeling without being checked out first. It's difficult to know sometimes what you are feeling and it could just be part of your normal anatomy. 

So do make an appointment and have a chat with the GP about your concerns.

I've recently had a scan and have many I can feel in my neck and I feel more when I pinch my skin too, it's normal if you've got a slim neck I think . I've had them scanned twice and both times told they look reactive , if they're not growing they tend to be fine but try and get an ultrasound to settle ur mind .
