About Zelda53

Hi all I'm a bit of a mess. My husband has been diagnosed with kidney cancer with one secondary in his hip bone. He is due to have the kidney removed end of October Saw the surgeon last week who was incredibly brutal. Offered no hope really but still intends to operate. The cancer has yet to be biopsied so this damning prognosis seems a bit premature. I did ask if the hip secondary could be removed via hip replacement and he said I'd have to discuss with orthopaedic surgeon. No discussions with oncology yet Can someone give us some hope please??
