67, just, live East Yorkshire, England, married, three daughters, two grandkids. Diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer, inoperable in October 2014, given the usual " less than 12 months to live". Told by consultant to go away and live the rest of my life as l wanted, that I should not let cancer "win". Not quite my style. The last 32 yrs l was a specialist psychiatric nurse, retired now, still keeping it at bay through life changes, drastic life changes, that appear to work for me.
