About Wirralsam

Hi my names Samantha, I'm 46 years old, I live with my other half and our dogs we did have 3 but sadly lost one to liver cancer, so now we only have 2. I am an only child, and have always been close to my mum but I am still my dad's blue eye, my dad had a kidney removed when I was 10 to polysystic kidney, also his parathyroids, to cancer yes all 4. Fast forward to 2012 cancer was back again this time stage 4 tcc kidney cancer, Which was in the bladder too, The hospital diagnosed dad when he was stage 4. This time he only kidney, ureta and the bladder cuff was removed, so dad had to go in dialysis, hemo dialysis which included a fistula to be done, 48 hours later came out of ITU, and went onto a ward, first time on proper dialysis, dad crashed he had a heart attack, double pneumonia and a blot clot, hence being rushed back down to ITU for god knows how many weeks, that was 2013. The cancer came back within a year in the bladder, hense a course of treatment S, bladder washes. Last year November 2016, a ct scan and a camera did some tests and do our delight we were told dad was cancer free! Lately he had been feeling very ill, lost weight, mum was telling doctors, so eventually I went to our gps and said I wanted something to be done, they got dad a bed on a ward then he was acting strange, the hospital did a head ct, came back all ok, then they did a full body MRI scan. Then we were told dad has.... bladder cancer, but it has travelled to the liver, bowel, lungs and brain!!!!!!We have since been told he's terminal, now on palliative care And it's stage 4 and has been for quite some time, Lots more has gone on but my brain is mashed, as I'm devastated beyond words, I just don't know how I'm feeling
