I was diagnosed with HCL variant in July 2021 after my doctor found my spleen was enlarged in April. I had no other symptoms other than poor blood analysis - white blood cell count and low neuts. I had a course of cladribrin in December an injection a day for 5 days and then 3 weeks later a course of intravenous rituximab 1 a week for 8 weeks. I had no side effects and no other symptoms. I am interested in knowing others experiences.
