I am caring for my 88 year old mum who has recovered from paranasal sinus cancer only to find she has the same cancer now in her lungs. The doctors will not treat it saying she should have quality of life rather than suffering more with chemo etc and so she has come to live out her days with our family. Our aim is to make her secure and comfortable and free from pain, keeping her with us as long as possible.
