This is my husband and father of five children and a grandad,he went in hospital a year ago tomorrow 28/07/14 under emergency,they found a bowel blockage removed 40c of large colon and 45 lympth nodes,and found out it was stage 3 colon cancer,had adjuvant chemo after surgery and found out a month ago it has spread to the lympth glands and now on palliative chemo,getting told he only has double months in life is the hardest thing to be told let alone telling the children,he is so strong and positive,and we're all proud of him,here's to another year survival,also he has given he's blood to cancer research as this is genetic,so we still holding on to a little glimmer of hope,thank you for reading much love to all x
