At the age of 36 years and not a year after losing my boyfriend to heart disease I was diagnosed with Stage 3, Grade 3 Triple Negative, Invasive Lobular Breast Cancer.
I have had a left mastectomy and full lymph node clearance and am currently half way through my chemo. A month after my chemo finishes I will be having 3 weeks of radiotherapy.
I have the BRCA2 gene mutation and also a defect in my PALB2 gene so will be having a right mastectomy and hopefully a full hysterectomy.
