Hi 68 yo male presented symptoms to GP early may innitially suspected with a stomach ulcer but scans and endosopies finally diagnosed a gist or adenocarcinoma in my stomach causing an obstruction to my duodenum and had a stent fitted also they found peritonial nodules meaning it had spread and was incurable and inoperable , bummer..I have just started 31st July chemo and immunotherapy got 6 3week courses to try and get on top off this thing. So far apart from minor discomfort bloating and nausea I have no major issues except insomnia which is why I am writing this at 04:30 lol and I have no energy and get knackered very quickly .
