Travel Hands is a London-based charity that connects visually impaired people (VIPs) with trusted volunteers for safe, accompanied walks to essential destinations such as hospital appointments, GP visits, and community services. Our mission is to break down travel barriers and reduce isolation for VIPs by offering a friendly helping hand. We’re currently working with organisations like Macmillan Cancer Support to explore how we can better assist VIPs affected by cancer and ensure they can access the care and support they need with dignity and independence.
