i am the wife of Daryl who has been diagnosed at 50 years with stage 4 lung cancer and we are on the journey into targeted therapy before chemotherapy to help control the symptoms. We have known since August and the treatment we t
started 4 weeks ago and so far he has been so strong and he remains positive. My husband is remarkable and i am much weaker but we are trying to live for now and enjoy every minute we share. We have 2 children aged 25 and 21 who love their father and we have told them of the diagnosis but not the prognosis yet. We will find the strength to do this soon - i am not strong at all as yet- i would like to connect with other people to support and be supported by on this journey we so cruelly are united in facing.
