Hi I was diagnosed in May 2016 with rectal cancer ,not many symptoms other than tiredness and going to the toilet more than usual , so was shocked when diagnosed with stage 4 . Completed 6 week's of radiotherapy and chemotherapy and have my operation to remove tumour and bottom end of thus month.
