I was diagnosed with grade2 breast cancer plus 19 lynph nodes in nov 2007 .Ime frightened it will come back.I try not to let it rule my life though ,and do everything i used to do .Ime retired now .I walk for an hour every day ,whatever the weather .Ime married .have been for 38 years.Ive always tried to live a healthy life ,so ime annoyed at who ever produced the papers on how to prevent cancer.
