About Superhero-daughter

I'm a forty-something daughter, with a 24-yr-old son. In the summer of 2018, I unexpectedly lost my Grandma to cancer of the womb, followed a fortnight later by a second-cousin (similar age to me) who had reached the end of his fight with pancreatic cancer. Meanwhile, my beloved father had unknowingly found himself on the cancer journey too (stomach cancer). During my mid-teens, my mother was successfully treated for Cervical cancer, which had been caught early. Also lost both of my grandfathers to cancer when I was young. Why am I here? To seek support, share my experiences, and hopefully offer my support to others along the way.
