Just got positive breast cancer diagnosis, pretty terrified, have appointment in 6-10 days for treatment plan. Finding it hard to think about anything else just now (live alone, one son who has bowel cancer and lives 300 miles away) but have good friends. Would like to chat and get support (and hopefully offer some to others )
