Childhood Cancer Survivor. ALL.
Diagnosed in 1985, treated at the local hospital for 2yrs with chemotherapy and cranial radiotherapy. Relapsed in 1987, then went on to have a bone marrow transplant from my sister in London. Post-treatment, many longterm effects including growth problems and a facial deformity being the most severe. I have been fighting my whole life to work through these problems and happy to talk to anyone facing similar challenges.
