About Silentwest

This may be stupid and I could have the complete wrong end or the stick, but I was told today that I have PRV. (polycythemia Rubra Vera). I have looked this up and its rare 1-3 in 100,000 have it and in most cases can live with it, but there are some very severer complications symptoms involved. I know that you should not over think theses this but im only 31 years old and my farther passed away last month due to an enlarged heart and a blood clot, so Im thinking the worst Dose any one hear have PRV ? And is there any advice?
