Hello, I am 56 years old, I was diagnosed with essential Thrombocythaemia in 2000. I work in a school, due to the disease I have reduced my working days from 5 down to 3 then 2 days a week. Since Christmas I have had Hydoxychloromide increased, I already struggle with fatigue but since increase in Meds my fatigue is daily and is having an impact on my day to day life. I have been signed off for 5 weeks with extreme fatigue and have returned to work on a phased return, I still do not feel able to work a full day. I would be interested hearing from other people struggling with fatigue.
