About SarahJ1504

Hi, I am a 60 year old who had no sign of illness. Sent off my Bowel Screening test in May and invited to a colonoscopy and was diagnosed with T3N1MO bowel cancer in June. Had a right hemi-colectomy in July and now undergoing chemo (FOLFOX) for 3 months. iI's all been a bit of a whirlwind to be honest. PICC line inserted and had first chemo on Monday. So far so good Had 2nd dose of Folfox and had such a bad reaction - terrible peripheral neuropathy, shivering and felt like death. Consequently am now not taking the oxaliplatin part any more. 3rd dose of chemo going better but very tired - could sleep for Britain!
