Hi all i am new to forum, I have just been diagnosed with advanced bowel cancer, it has spread to the liver and abdo lining, I have been offered chemo as the first step of my treatment plan. I am 51 year old female and not sure what I feel. Physically I feel well, but my head all over the place. I really feel I need to hear some positive stories to set me off on my long journey thanks Jill
