My Dad was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer of the oesophagus (T3N1M1). It is inoperable as it has grown beyond the wall of the oesophagus and metastasized and spread to lymph nodes in his neck. Currently all he has been offered is chemotherapy, please let me know if there are any other options and routes we could take. Thank you
