About reb82

Newly diagnosed with Hodgkin Lymphoma on 25 June 2015, 4B staging due to a rogue bit having escaped to my pelvic bone, all other bits are above the diaphragm. Started ABVD chemo on Thursday 6 August, every other week for 6 cycles. I think I got off quite lightly with side effects from the first dose, but really not looking forward to the rest of 2015. Roll on Easter 2016 and being HL free and feeling healthy again. I am 33 with a 15 month old son (08/2015). Ruth xx Update Oct 2018 - the chemo worked, and I now have a 16 month old daughter too!! And I've just been discharged by the hospital. 3 years since the 2nd PET scan confirmed the chemo was doing it's job.
