About Puddle-Jumper

52 years old female, smoker but sort of stopped in the last week or so. Diagnosed today 24/6/19 with lung cancer. It was picked up from me losing my voice initially around 10 weeks before that, did all the usual x-rays, scans etc but no biopsy as it is too difficult to reach. Looking at going down the surgery route in the next few weeks to remove upper right lobe but possibly more then i have to wait and see if radiotherapy or chemotherapy will be needed. Surgery obviously depends on whether the surgeon thinks it is doable. I will update of course as things progress but i am feeling reasonably confident at this stage ... that may change but who knows.
