hi all i was diagnosed with prostate cancer in january 2024 after suffering with urinary problems went to drs had blood test psa was 7.2 i was 58 at the time had dre found it was bumpy sent me for mri found something had a biopsy possibly the worst experience ive ever gone through that was december 2023 told the news on january 2024 had pre op was t2 gleason 4 + 3 had robot radical prostatectomy psa a month later psa was 0.02 post op report t3a positive margins had catheter for a month then had uti a month after had a catheter put back in struggling with ed and incontinence over 18 months later psa has risen every blood test at present (dec 2025) drs say ive got biochemical recurrence having to wait till psa is 0.35 before pet scans and further treatment waiting game living with cancer is not nice
