About Piquet

75 years old with a recurrence of prostate cancer, radiotherapy in 2013 and clear for about 2 years until last year, treatment now is an injection every three months. Told that there is no spread to other organs, advised to self catheterise daily to remove fluid. Advised that further radiotherapy would not help, seen once a year by consultant. I find that the local cancer services are disjointed and unfit for purpose, impossible to contact any consultants for advice Feel that I am not a priority because of my age so have been left to die. Offered no alternative options for treatment.
