Just been diagnosed with a BCC on my nose, which I am told needs surgury, reconstruction and a skin graft. I am 78 but still proud of my appearance and try to keep myself smart. Getting a second opinion from a private Dermatologist surgeon in the next week hopefully to find out what wider options I have before making my mind up to proceed with surgury. The NHS wait is I have been told 3 to 6 months as my Cancer is at the moment small. Unwilling to wait this long whilst it could grow hence the Private consultation.
