Hi I'm a mum with 2 grown up kids & a fantastic husband, both in our 60's.
We have over the last couple of years lost very close family & friends some younger than us & for nearly all it was an unexpected diagnosis of cancer.
My husband had a recent prostate scare & I myself have been plagued by GERD for almost 2 years, so when my husband's brother very recently found out he had oesophagus cancer at 59, it scared the life out of us as the symptoms are so similar. Sadly he passed quickly.
Life is so precious, so we are now going to not sweat the small stuff & get on with life as best we can whilst we still can. Xx
