I'm 58, separated, with two sons and work in a primary school. Diagnosed with amyloidosis Jul 2014 and myeloma Aug 2014. Chemo started Aug 2014, due to finish Dec 2014. I've been told the chemo has worked and I'll need blood samples monthly until a follow-up appointment at the National Amyloidosis Centre in April.
