Just about to become 70!!!
Diagnosed with prostate cancer Dec 2016. Given the all clear in 2018 but cancer back with a vengeance in 2021. Now stage 4 with metastasis in my lymph, pelvis, ribs and spine. Being treated by Christie’s at Oldham. 6 monthly Decapeptyl implant and daily enzalutamide tablets since January 2023. Had germline tests for BRCA mutation in the hope of going on the latest non-chemo drug but tests turned out negative.
On the bright side, still going cruising, love cooking, water colour painting and looking after the garden.
Onward and upward!!!!
