I found a hard mass in my left breast but initially assumed it was a lump that I'd previously found that turned out to be benign. But then it got bigger and I realised it was in a different area so went to the GP.
Two weeks later I had an ultrasound at the clinic, and I could tell by their reaction that it was serious. I had a mammogram and biopsies taken from my breast and armpit. I was told that my lymph node was larger than they wanted too.
I was diagnosed with er+ grade 2 breast cancer. It has travelled to my lymph node and I start chemotherapy soon.
