I am 51 years old and lost my husband on 21 April 2020 at age 53 from a brain tumour. He was diagnosed with the tumour at the worst time possible on 11 March - just as Covid-19 was starting to take a hold of the country and the hospitals therefore delayed his biopsy due to staff shortages and then decided they would not treat him at all - not even with palliative radio or chemotherapy - to help him live a little longer so he could see his friends or family.
I miss him so much.
We were really happy and had our whole lives planned out together and I cannot see how I am going to manage without him. He was my rock.
