Hi I am Mo 61 on Thursday and diagnosed with T3 Cancer of the epiglottis involving cartilage, whatever that means.. Been told that surgery in the form of Trans Oral Resection is the best treatment as Radiotherapy does not work well in cartilage, but may need some after surgery depending on Histology. Surgery is booked for 3rd July providing they dont cancel again. Searched the site and there does not appear to be many people with cancer in this area. So I am just going along for the ride and see where we end up.
