Prostate cancer also identified.  4 maths later primary cancer identified as poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma.  By now metastacised into psoas muscle in pelvis. Started immunotherapy (cemiplimab). Brain tumours (6) found and sorted out by Royal Marsden cyberknife. After  4 rounds told not working.  Then  ( after break) put on placitaxel/ carboplatin  combo. After 4  rounds damage caused outweighed benefits. Another pause and then one radiotherapy followed by weekly low dose placitaxel again. Currently on pause following c-diff infection.
