I am a "fairly fit' 72 year old lady or so i thought until this bomb was dropped. Married with a mini daschund dog Lola who we love a lot. I can't believe I was out walking with her such a short time ago!
How can something so bad happen so quickly. I am like a zombie and in terrible pain.
