newly diagnosed with advanced myelofibrosis. Shock diagnosis as went to drs with bilateral painful feet. Routine blood tests revealed very low counts. Bone marrow biopsy - dry tap. Biopsy revealed myelofibrosis. Meeting with consultant to discuss treatment this week.
