Hi I'm 59 and finished my periods years back, 2 weeks ago I started bleeding it had never happened before,I contacted my doctor straight away and she contacted the hospital,my appointment came through very quickly,so this morning with much apprehension I attended the hospital had 2 scans and because my womb lining was 10 cm when it should be half that,so they took a biopsy,I have been so upset today on getting home because I'm so worried it's cancer.
