About Lochlomond

Hello, Im new to the site. Im male, 47 . Was diagnosed with stage 3 bowel cancer in January. I had 25 rounds of radiotherapy and then a couple of rounds of chemo I had successful surgery which thank god removed the cancer in late June. I now have an ileostomy. Which had to be done twice as first stoma failed to work. Im doing okay trying to adapt to living with it. I have an 18 month old child and want to be able to interact with him as much as possible and am very lucky to have an incredible and supportive wife. Im hoping to get the reversal loop ileostomy in around 5 weeks. I am nervous about how that will go and what will follow. Many thanks
