I am 74 and quite by chance and in a very unpleasant way I discovered I have MBC. I am awaiting scans to determine where else in my body it is. It was found in my skin and removed as a 'benign cyst'.
I think it is in my lungs as I have symptoms described so my prognosis for any survival is not good.
I cannot tell my grandchildren; they are going through Uni finals and A levels and my husband does not seem to understand or accept this atm.
Any one out there have any hope for multiple site MBC?
