My father in law was diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer, having spread to bone & lymph nodes. Having entered into a clinical trial he is still fighting on 3 1/2 years later. We're out of options now as medication isn't working to slow down the cancer so we're faced with a decision to take chemo. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
