My Mum is almost 88 and has a rare sinus tumour that is growing very fast causing one eye to bulge horribly. They cauterised it and put balloons up her nose and couldn’t understand why the heavy bleeding wouldn’t stop!
They think it may be in lungs or bones so doing an X-RAY to find out…. soon!! No rush NHS Mum’s dying and it’s not slow
This is the first time Mum has been I’ll in her 87.5 years and she doesn’t know how to handle it She played sports, walked a lot and has never even tried a cigarette or tasted alcohol it’s maybe a good thing as she was always fun to be around and didn’t need a drink to enjoy every moment Her reason for not dying was that she didn’t want to leave her chicks alone
She can’t breathe nasally, has no sense of smell or taste so has stopped eating and she was only 45kg to start with She can’t hear due to the pressure headache and one eye is bulging terribly so vision is affected too
Its extra difficult for me as I have lost mobility and been bedridden for five years due to a combination of a disease in my spinal discs, MS, Lupus and fibromyalgia so I can’t be there for her and I’m really close to her being the youngest!
Im 55 and live in horrendous pain in my spine, all of my joints, ribs that feel like a steel corset, extremely sensitive fingertips, dry eyes and mouth and cannot let UV light hit skin as it caus skin rashes, chronic fatigue and more joint problems. It’s not too much fun but that’s the hand I was dealt ♀️
