I am 55 and wad diagnosed with Her2 grade 2 breast cancer in November 2016, I have had 5 chemo sessions and have two left, I have struggled with chemo and have been unable to go back to work yet. Met oncologist on 3rd April and was told complete response can no longer see any tumours amazing news, had 6th chemo on 5th and only one to go, still having surgery to remove lymph glands to make sure no rogue cells and will carry on with herceptine, no mention of radiotherapy so far so things looking up and will be glad to get back to work and normality.
