Hi I'm 48 (had early mammogram due to trial of earlier and later mammograms). So shocked to get a recall, then even more shocked to have 6 biopsies, cells taken from lymph node under arm and 2 titanium markers in breast to show where biopsies taken.
Waiting 18 days for results is killing me!!
I have 2 beautiful daughters, 19 and 14 so trying to be strong for them and put on my brave face until I'm in the shower!!
Have a lovely bf who lives 85 miles away but we've been in a long distance relationship for 11 years and it kind of works for us until kids are older and hopefully he can move down here.
I live in Southampton, close to the New Forest, beaches, forest and town all only 20 minutes away and have all my family close by.
