I was diagnosed with angiomyxoma many years ago and have so far had eleven operations, mainly in the bladder and vaginal areas. The last operation was for a rectocele because my connecting tissues from my uterus to my back passage had prolapsed because of the operations I had had to remove these tumours. I now have to have another op because the consultant has found a lesion that needs to be investigated under anaesthetic and biopsies taken .
