About Jilty

I was diagnosed with bowel cancer mid November 16, routine scans showed it has spread to my liver and lungs. I had a delay in getting treatment started, due to the fact that I actually needed 3 biopsies for planning of chemotherapy. I am currently in to week 1 of my 2nd cycle of 6 at least. To say I'm struggling with diagnosis and treatment is an understatement. I am 45 years old, live with my partner and feeling pretty low right now, the chemo interferes with my sleeping and I lie awake most nights wondering what life holds for me.
