I spent ten years as an oncology pharmacist, immersed in the science of cancer care and the deeply human experience of those navigating it. That clinical foundation now informs my work as a 200-hour certified Vinyasa yoga teacher, giving me a uniquely whole-person lens on supportive care.
I specialise in guiding cancer patients and survivors through movement that rebuilds functional mobility and restores a felt sense of agency and strength—always meeting the individual exactly where they are, without pressure or platitudes. Beyond the physical, my teaching holds deliberate space for the psychological impact of cancer, weaving together breath, mindful movement, and meditation to help people process fear, grief, and uncertainty, and to reconnect with steadiness and self-compassion. My approach fuses oncology-informed safety with the grounding, transformative tools of yoga, creating a pathway towards healing that is both medically aware and profoundly human.
