About JHS05Rose

50 yo female, suffered from skin cancer and now facing breast cancer. Just had mastectomy, 24/5/2023 and now awaiting results to determine next step. Had drain out today 1/6/2023 (9 days post op) due to blockage.

So my update, now 1 wk post 1st round of chemo for HER2+. Been a tough week, not so much for the nauseous feeling but the total feeling of exhaustion. 7 sessions to go, then surgery for lymph node clearance, then radiotherapy. I’m still staying confident and positive, I have wigs and beanies at the ready.  Work has been a challenge as my brain really doesn’t seem to think as quickly or clearly yet. Baby brain was one thing but chemo brain fog is something else!!
