About Janine1965

Hello. I have just had pleomorphic lobular casinoma in situ. The surgeon said he recommended I get radiotherapy after surgery. But when I went to see oncologist I was told that because it was my left breast. Radiotherapy could cause long term heart or lung problems. She would prefer I had follow on surgery. So I have to wait six months . Then go back and get checked. I am 52. I never had a lump it was a lesion. Was found on my first mammograme. I was told my cancer is a rare one. So they can't really tell me much about it. So I feel I gave been left just to wait and see.
