I have not personally had cancer myself (and I pray I never do) but in the last few years quite a number of people I know , some very close, have had cancer, different kinds, some have been unfortunate and are no longer with us, some are battling or have battled the disease. I suppose now Im at the stage where I need a little bit of support which doesnt involve family or friends !
