About HannahO

My 4 year old son has Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia subtype hypodiploid; Near Haploid with 28 chromosomes. He was moved from regimen A to regimen C within induction. He had a positive Mrd at end of induction at 0.8% and 0.2% at day 47. This puts him at a very high risk of relapse with a poor prognosis. I've not found anyone else in the UK with the same condition. This makes our journey quite lonely at times. We are going to CHOP in Philadelphia on the 15th January 2019 for car-t therapy whst he is in 1st remission. Its an experimental treatment but its our best hope at a cure.
